[2020] Fallout 1st Free Trial and Scrap Box

So I wanted to become a big brain and craft a scrap box in my camp to put all my junk there so that it wouldn't take my stash space. I was thinking that after this free trial expires my scrap box will remain on my base without the ability to put something in it, but with the ability to take stuff from it. Apparently I can't craft a stashbox individually, I can only place a survival tent which contains this scrap box meaning that it's not possible to outplay Bethesda here because when free trial expires you will love the ability to spawn survival tent which means you will not have access to your stash box.

Did I miss something? Can you create a scrap box individually? Will this plan work? Let me know guys.

P.S. I know that you will be able to access your stash box if you find a survival tent somewhere in the world, but it's not very convenient.

Hi thanks for the report! We're looking into reports that the Scrap Box isn't currently available with the Fallout 1st Preview. We're working on adding it as soon as possible.

You mentioned this in your post, but in case others don't see it, you can still use the pre-placed Scrap Box in the Survival Tent in the meantime.

EDIT: I just found that scrapping/storing individual items (SPACE) actually does work. It's the "Scrap and store all junk" (T) command that does not.

Thanks for the added info. That Scrap and Store All button should be working now. We've fixed the issue with the Scrap Box being unavailable for the Preview, so you should now have access to it.

Can you please give it another shot and see if you're able to use the Scrap Box normally now? Thanks!
