Bought a month, it lapsed and I had no CC on file. I switched sub to one year and added funds to my Steam wallet which it instantly took.

Everywhere on steam shows I have FO1, but not in-game. I submitted a Steam ticket, they said nothing they can do on their end.

I submitted a Bethesda ticket, with a screenshot of four different proof of purchases including steam transaction history. They replied and said to send them a screenshot of my transaction history... Replied with more pictures, and haven't heard anything still.

Has anyone encountered this? Know of a workaround? Tried revalidating game, restarting steam, restarting PC, new .ini files... Nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I’ve opened a ticket, texted with an Axel and got told there’s nothing I can do but wait 72 hours and maybe it might fix itself, or open a ticket with Steam. Evidently Bethesda doesn’t help Steam players.

Can you still send me that ticket number anyways? I'd like to get more eyes on this.
