The item will not appear at all when trying to place it and if you already had one that was attached to the wall then the wall will be unmovable (but you can still store or scrap). So far that's the only item I've seen but has anyone noticed anything else that is broken

From our forums:
A hotfix will be going live shortly on PC ONLY, which will not require a downtime, to address an issue where certain Atomic Shop craftable outfits and C.A.M.P. items were not displaying correctly. For consoles, these issues will be addressed in the next patch.
Additionally, on all platforms, we are investigating an issue with the Generals Outfit not displaying correctly in Nuclear Winter.
