[2020] Monthly reminder that +Endurance on armor does not give you extra HP as intended.

This bug has existed since Fallout 4. If a random modder can fix this issue in an hour or so in their free time, for FREE, why do we still have this issue after 2 years of Fallout 76?

If you didn't know, +Endurance on armor does not actually provide bonus HP as it's literally described in the game's tooltips.
