Perfect bubblegum is currently bugging out though not for all players. I have used 8 since they appeared and not once has it worked. I'll be running around and all of a sudden my character is thirsty, go to look at my buffs and yup still have perfect bbg on. I had a friend who bought atoms to store up on perfect bbg for future content and to test it out and about 7/10 times it works. He doesnt care much as he sees it as money he was willing to lose but that is terrible for consumers.
If you are paying money or using atoms and your bubblegum bugs out demand a refund ASAP even if you dont care. If its bugging out for you odds are its also effecting others. If you dont speak up and call BGS out for taking your money and giving you nothing then they'll keep doing it.
BGS if you are reading this remove Perfect bubblegum from the atom shop until you fix this and refund anyone who bought it since the beginning of the season.
