[2019] Anyone Else or Just Me?

Has anyone else experienced melee attacks not doing damage? It used to be just sometimes in vats but this morning I logged in and all my standard attacks aren't connecting/ doing damage.

Standard attacks- maybe 1 in 5 connects

Power attacks- maybe 1 in 3 connects

All types off monsters but mainly on Super Mutants neither attack will do damage in melee, they're not blocking (I think) and my power attacks just go through

I'm using a furious swing speed +1 Str shishkebab with rank 3 in all gladiator perks + incisor if that helps.

Mainly just looking for a fix since I'm 150 with a 1h build and can t kill a ghoul
