Above video demonstrates the issue that most AMD users have had to endure ever since the Wastelanders update. Interiors are fine, exteriors are bugged.
There's plenty of posts about this bug but it remains unaddressed.
The only comment that was given about this was 14 days ago, a very lackluster response to a bug that affects a lot of players.
To my understanding it occurs with AMD Vega, RDNA GPU's.
My system, CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x GPU: AMD RX 5700
u/Ladydevann Please move this bug to a higher priority or at least give us an update from your Dev team, many of us have just quit playing the game because it looks so terrible, it's not acceptable to have such a major issue persist for more than 5 months. Work with AMD if it's such a difficult thing to fix. For such a big company as Bethesda, you'd expect your products to work well both on NVIDIA and AMD.
