[2020] I didn't see Perk Loadouts on updated road map, are they coming this year still?

Previous road map showed it would be released around the same time as Steel Dawn but I didn't notice it on the newest iteration. Anyone have information on when we can expect them? I have been waiting to scrap some perk cards in anticipation of this being released because I am not sure how many loadout slots we will be getting.
