[2019] Dear Bethesda, What's up with Player Vending?

I honestly get bummed more and more between each content release, not that I'm psyched to get more content (I'm very thankful that we're getting any content at all) but moreso that I get bummed because they set back the content I've been waiting for since the gameplay teaser. I know the downside to releasing it early is that it will have bugs and others will be unsatisfied with that fact but you showed us vending before the game released and we've yet to see how it works. This isn't teasing, this is foul play! I'm also curious about the roadmap and if you guys have ways of confirming what is and isn't really going to be released (or maybe update the old roadmap?) because I feel like I've been fooled every update since Wild Appalachia was announced.
