If you are encountering this crash, can you please submit a ticket to our Customer Support team and include a DXDiag file as an attachment to your ticket?
Here's some additional info you could provide that would be very helpful to our investigation. Can you please answer as many of the following questions as you can in your ticket?
- Have you tried updating your CPU and GPU card to the latest graphics drivers?
- If possible, do you know what your driver version numbers were before that update?
- Can you please include the Video Driver version displayed by your AMD Radeon Software or AMD Catalyst Control Center?
- Did updating your drivers help resolve the issue after a reboot?
