Mental health is a big part of my life & I wanted to do something that might help at least one person who might be struggling, so I decided to make a wall dedicated to mental health. There was plenty of room in the Vault Utility Room so I decided to do it there.

On the wall are a few phone numbers for mental health services for the UK and the US (these numbers were correct at the time of this video but may have changed, the up to date information is at the below and has been changed on the game). I was going to put other country’s numbers on there but some were a struggle to find online, so instead I wrote a note asking for people to seek help locally if they’re struggling.

I didn’t have many ideas at all for the rest of it so I decided to do a bar. My favourite bit is the stage; this took the longest for me to build out of it all probably. It consists of cabinets, suitcases & rugs.

On the mental health wall it says: Hiya! Are you okay? Sometimes asking for help is the bravest move you can make. I hope you have a nice day; You’re not alone; Please look online for help locally; UK Samaritans #; US Samaritans #; UK SANEline #

For me, Fallout 76 has helped me so much when I’ve been struggling as it gives me a bit of an escape and it takes my mind off things when things are getting too much. I have taken time away from the game when I’ve gotten very ill with my mental health but most of the time I’m on the game and it helps me in a way. I also have amazing friends on there that I probably would have never met if it wasn’t for Fallout 76.
