[2019] Constant freezing after the update, 2 minute long freezes in 1 minute intervals [PS4]

It started after this patch, and its been going on for the past half hour. Controls and screen freezes, sometimes last up to 2 minutes, and this happen often. I literally can’t do anything. Tried fasttraveling somewhere but the bug hit again. No matter where i try to go or do game freezes in the middle of the action and stays like it for a long time. Restarted the game, it still won’t work. Restarted the PS4, still won’t solve.
