We appreciate that you listened to the community and reverted the floor deletion update. Creativity is important to builders, and for some of us, it’s the only reason we play.

But we are still concerned. For almost three years, we have been playing a game with more building restrictions than fallout 4 had, and have watched you continue to send out updates with more and more restrictions, most of which had no explanation or justification and seemed completely unnecessary.

There’s only two main reasons we think this keeps happening.

  1. You are disconnected from the community and don’t understand what we want or why we play.

  2. You don’t care.

Either option is disappointing and not really acceptable from a company your size. It would be great to see more communication with the developers, designers and leadership on the team with the community on here. Q&A’s, quarterly live streams, replying to more Reddit posts, or whatever is practical. But we need more.

As a player base we have proven to be very loyal to you, we would appreciate better recognition of that going forward.

We pay close attention to what players are saying online, and have multiple meetings a week where we discuss this with the teams. We do have plans for various C.A.M.P. improvements in the pipeline, while I can't share specific details at this time, I will say that the posts you all create really help shape these decisions.

Keep suggesting new features you want to see, what issues are a top priority for you, and ways you would like to see us support your builds and creativity. While some things take longer to fix or implement than others, posts like this help us tremendously in future planning.

I get a lot of DM's asking where the best place to provide feedback or post suggestions is, and the truth is, anywhere public! Reddit, Discord, Twitter, etc. When you post an idea, and others can chime in with their thoughts as well or interact with the post we can see how popular that idea is, have quotes from players to back up that idea, be able to revisit links, etc.

I hope this helps!
