[2020] Please let us get the Radium Rifle mods easier, it's ridiculous.

I have to have scrapped 100 of the damn things and only know like 5 mods. Please add the mods to vendors, or make them more common and let you have a higher chance of learning mods. I feel like the weapon goes underused due to this issue.
