The imposter assaultron head that got added with the recent update is a weapon not a skin. Even with all the materials and required perk the new weapon is uncraftable. Heres two videos the first showing that i cant craft it and how its a weapon not a skin and the second is my level four character showing again how it is a weapon not a skin.
EDIT: After spamming the make option on the imposter head for a long long time super duper kicked in so now i got it. So yeah it is a weapon that is available in the atom shop and not a skin. Rather or not it is supposed to be a weapon or a skin is not 100% sure yet but the news section in the main menu and the 8.5 atomic store update says its supposed to be a skin. So Bethesda if any of you guys see this please explain what is going on with this thing.
