[2019] Falling through ground after Patch 7 (March 13)

So I log in to the game once the maintenance is complete... and I find myself falling through the ground into nothingness, then re-spawning back above ground, and falling through the ground again ... over and over ... I can fast travel to another location, but the same thing happens there. I don't know how, but I managed to stop it from happening ONCE which resulted in me instantly dying and getting the prompt to re-spawn. I try ... and all fast travel locations on the map are gone. Re-started the game, process repeats all over again. "Wow" is all I have to say. Can't play the game now.
