[2019] Placing a C.A.M.P costs more caps than intended.

Was wondering around Whitespring, looking for a good spot to build a camp. Had around 1k caps, thus I wasn't couscous about my spending while placing and moving the camp if the place "wasn't perfect". After a while, I checked my inventory and had ~200 caps. It wasn't like I spammed the camp or anything (probably placed and moved like 12 times). Next time I placed the camp, I actually payed attention: The amount of caps that went down was approximately 100 caps more than the 28 written in the pip-boy. Plz fix Bethesda.
