[2019] Bethesda Support not doing anything about missing purchased Atomic Shop items

Earlier today I bought the new Survival Camouflage bundle, only to find out that one of the skins that was supposed to be included was missing, namely, the pump action shotgun skin.

I at first thought it was just delayed and I waited a bit, I restarted my game a couple times, but that didn't solve anything as it was still missing.

I then submitted a support ticket describing the circumstances and providing pictures of what happened, only to be told off they can't do anything due to a "tools" limitation.
