[2021] One of the last updates deleted my character. I've had a ticket in for over a week with no response. Does anyone know what I can do next?

I've tried restarting my pc. Tried revalidation of the game files. I put in a ticket the moment I found out my character had been deleted and I got an auto response that there was a very short window for my character to be recovered. Now it's been over a week and I still have not even had a response. This is my only character that I have had since day 1 of the beta. There is no way I'm going to do everything over again with a new character. If I cant get my character back 76 with will be done for me which isn't something I want. :( Does anyone know anything else I can try?
