[2019] @bethesda - Disability feature

@bethesda - I have asked this repeatedly in a variety of forums. Surely I can't be the only one with this issue.

My vision isn't good enough to read the hand-written notes in your games. Please add a zoom/magnification feature.

This really ought to be an easy addition.
