This may be a dumb question but I just got my promotion to general and was exploring the “good” part of the enclave bunker and went to check out the armory vendor. I was incredibly disappointed. It literally had only 4 plans in the entire “notes” inventory.
Is that normal? Might some other player have wiped them out? Or does the selection improve over time? Just feeling like I’ve heard a lot of good things about this vendor and it did not live up to the hype at all.
