[2020] Does anybody know what happend to the iption to buy ranks?

I've gone through some posts and none of them explain why we can't buy ranks does anybody have some knowlege on that, thank you. And I know I should spend them in the end of the season to anybody who wanted to write this below the my post I know. Edit: I wrote options wrong I feel proud of myself. xD
