[2020] Starting the expansion, can't get to "Talk to the Overseer"

I'm at the house, I can see the quest marker hovering behind the door, but the door doesn't have an activation widget. The compass shows that I'm right in front of a door transition though, and I've seen at least two other players vanish in front of me as if they entered the door.

Am I missing something?
