[2019] Anybody finding areas you run through that bring you health to zero?

Second time im just running and my health just shoots to zero. First time i had a lot a loot that i dropped and it was a pain in the ass to get it back considering i had to have full health and running stimpacks in this “zone” or “area” that kills you. Now im at whitespring train station and theres a place where you stand on the train tracks that kills you. Even broke my armor. Its 3 of us here just confused and killing ourselves. I couldnt respawn anywhere one of the times for a couple mins too (the map had no locations, not even vault 76).
