[2019] BUG/EXPLOIT: How to ignore all Blast Zone radiation

1. Find point of entry for blast zone.
2. Place Power Armor Chassis inside Blast Zone, while you stand outside the blast zone.
3. Enter Power Armor. Don't walk forwards, just press your button to enter it.
4. Move forwards far enough and exit your power armor.
5. Never fails to replicate and very easy to do.

This bug has existed likely since release. I first discovered how to replicate it in late February. Prior to this Power Armor method you could run in/out of the blast zone to occasionally have it not register. My method never fails.

Enough is enough. Let's get Fallout fixed. Post your bugs/exploits.
