[2019] Stealth nerf for explosives went into effect today... Psych! They buffed the hell out of em.

I got a legendary fat man that was saying 1555 damage and thought surely that stuff was glitching. Sure enough my plasma grenades got buffed, missile launchers got buffed, all of em got buffed like arnold on steroids

edit: the legendary effects weren't effecting damage in any way, it was just an assasin's fat man. lvl 50 basic missile launcher does 550 with 30% demo expert now. Super dope.
