[2019] How about a "Want to buy" vending machine?

It would be nice to have a machine for our camps that lists items we want and how much we'll pay for them, such as plans, junk, meds and X amount of ammo at 1 cap each. Maybe it would hold up to 10 thousand caps to pay players who sold items to it.

If not a machine, maybe a message board or terminal in train stations.
