Attention bloodied builds Nerd Rage is bugged. It keeps disabling after a server hop or re-log and re-bloodying yourself down to below 20% health won’t make perk activate. You need take the card off and place it back on to get the perk to work correctly.
This is happening to me and one other person I play with and it’s been consistent since recent update on Playstation.
