[2019] Current bugs I've noticed.

If you are carrying a Blackwater Brew then you might notice your damage is a 1/3 less than it should be. Got one from Biv as a reward and boom damage was borked, dropped it and everything back to normal. This was after I checked perks, logged on/off, etc and finally discovered issue. Another player I met experienced same thing.

Watoga bots dropping dead as you get near, was this ever fixed and just came back?

Melee attack on Gutsys not registering damage on hp bar, then after a few hits they take damage.

Still issues with animation on entering/exiting PA.

Empty boxes, tool kits, safes, anything you have to use lock pick on. Went through last night and didn't get any drops in a locked item.

That's everything I noticed so far this week.
