I was griending the SBQ 3 in a row , trade some legend junk for flux, then my game frezes for half a minute and i die, cant respawn and have to close the game. Well thanx to this i lost 25 flux and for what ever reason also 3k Ultazit gaus ammo disapeard from my inventory too.

I have similar problem since the recent server stability fix on Patch 23.
On my steam account (game is on HDD), when I fast travel somewhere, server response is bad for 3-4 minutes straight. Non-responsive NPC's and vendors, immortal enemies and cannot fast travel/respawn for a small period of time (up to 5 minutes).
