[2020] Armor Penetration is still broken with Energy guns

My bffr 50 cal is doind 367 damage on pipboy My bffr gatling plasma is doing 455 damage on pip boy

Yet the 50 cal is doing better, this bug has been around for a while now, please fix it. No point in buffing energy weapons if their damage can't penetrate armor
