I just used the tracking feature to track the „gather building supplies“ and it didn’t give me any score. Does that have something to do with tracking the new challenges?

External link →Hi, some of the Weekly Challenges are granting their S.C.O.R.E. rewards at 3 of 5 complete instead of 5 of 5 complete. So you should still be getting your S.C.O.R.E., it's just that you already received it by the time you've fully completed the Challenge.
We're investigating this issue now for a fix in a future update.
I've also seen a couple of people report that it took a few minutes for the S.C.O.R.E. they got from a Weekly Challenge to appear in their progress bar. Check again in a few minutes and see if your S.C.O.R.E. has appeared.
