[2020] Question: If I have Fallout 76 linked through Steam, can I start it with the same progress in my beth launcher to spent my atoms there?

Question above.
Basically if I start the game from the launcher again, will I be able to purchase stuff with my leftover Atoms, and then access them from my steam launcher once I start it there again.

E.g: If I buy a Bundle in beth-launcher F76, will I have it on my Steam F76?
