[2019] Can we have Garden plots back?

I was pretty angry in Fallout 76 when I get home and ALL my plants are gone even though they should have grown by now. The causes are A: they just did not grow, or B: another player took them from me. My camp is located near Top of The World so my camp I kinda centralized.

One of my solutions to this problem is to bring back Garden Plots from Wasteland Workshop. I would really like to have some kind of Rooftop Garden. I’m sure someone else wants these back.
