[2019] I have noticed something about this update on console.

I recently downloaded the 4.4gb patch and slew of problems have just arrived. Slower frame rates or Lagging Severs, as well as some bugs where I get stuck to terminals and lock picks when back out of them. This has happened multiple times over a 6 hour play session please fix.
