[2019] Trapper Chest now Shows Outside Clothing

Occurs with both legendary and basic Trapper chest. Both Dirty Tan Suit and Hunter's Long Coat both display with the Trapper Chest on the outside. This also means the backpack skin is not displayed. Other Trapper pieces are hidden. A basic leather chest does NOT display outside. PS4.
