Just to start off, this does get kind of ranty, but I feel I have a point, so I’m going to keep this up. I have seen few posts about bugs and problems that NEED help from BGS or fixing. And there are bugs.
For some reason this community seems to reject posts about bugs and problems with the game, even if they are civil and really just trying to help.
It’s been a few days since Wastelanders dropped, and I really like it. I mean the little bit I got to play before encountering a bug that locked my progression through the main quest... ...But that isn’t the topic of this. I made around 3 posts asking for help or advice around the bug, and most of them were downvoted and ignored by the community. Only 1 getting the attention through the comments of a different post. There should really be a bugs and help megathread for the subreddit, especially for a live-service game that still needs it.
But that’s just in my opinion, feel free to leave thoughts below, I just feel like for a game like this there needs to be a greater focus of fixing real issues than the typical community “I really like this update” circlejerk.
(PSA: I’m not saying we shouldn’t thank Bethesda, I’m just saying that we should also focus on the state of the game as well. I love the update, just can’t play it because of a progression bug)
