[2019] Hunting rifle faster fire rate bug (3rd Person bug)

Just picked up a bloodied faster fire rate +1 perception hunting rifle and the fire rate is only improved in 1st person and is regular in 3rd person. Speaking of 3rd person. When are they going to fix the FOV in 3rd resetting when you do literally anything. Resets when your die, fast travel, trade, you name it. And its a pain to adjust while at your camp because the bind to change it is the same as build, so you gotta play with it. Plus (on xbox) if you spam ADS it pulls it in as well. I wish I can log on and the FOV is set the way I like it. max.
