[2019] Damaged Mainframe Cores now weigh 1.5 lbs??? What the??

This change was missed in the original set of patch notes released earlier today. Mainframe Core and Damaged Mainframe Core weights have been increased to 1.5 lbs. We will add this to the notes shortly. Thank you!
