My Bloodied Explosive LMG is no longer in my inventory. And a few other items too.
And my friend lost her cavalier armor.

Edit: There is a known bug that causes NPCs to loot weapons and all the ammo for them off your corpse if you die around them.

Did you and your friend happen to die before you lost your items?
I did, and in hindsight saw an NPC shooting an Explosive LMG. But I thought nothing of it. I logged off due to being unable to respawn.
I can’t speak for her though. I just thought it was related because we both noticed missing gear around the same time.
I was going to screen shot it, but unfortunately didn’t.
Okay, can you file a support ticket for this and send me that ticket number?
