[2019] PSA: All items purchased from Legendary Vendor are Max Level, regardless of character level.

It turns out our girl, Murmrgrrur, the legendary vendor, is quite the forward thinker. All of those junk legendaries on your level 2 alts you have been breaking down, to spend scrip after leveling the character, or transferring to your mains can stay on the level 2, with the scrip spent now. I tested it earlier to see whether we get minlevel for each item type, or only items that can be level 1 on a new character, and it turns out she hands out lvl 45/50 gear, even to a lowbie. This should save everyone and their friends lots of time leveling 2-50, or squatting on a paper bag transferring gear to break down. The only issue is the fatwalk from wherever your mule is over to Berkeley Springs.
