Definitely, we're investigating the reports. If everyone experiencing this can help us out by filing a support ticket, it will help us track this issue easier.
The fact that Bethesda doesnt have monitoring tools that would show how bad the crashes and infinite load screens are automatically makes me sad :(
We do, but having the tickets gives us insight into specific players information.
