[2020] Hard crash - system shut down.

Haven’t had this bug in a long time. Fast travel to someone’s camp, screen goes black, then the whole damn system went into 12-year-old-can’t-shift-gears grinding mode and crashed. Hard start up, meaning the system went fully offline, then back up again.

I know Bethesda has given atoms back when things were purchased by mistake but this is a bridge too far. Any game that crashes a system like this is clearly incomplete. Anyone having this problem currently and how Bethesda responded to you would be welcomed advice. I’m not looking for atoms off this, or any other damn thing other than to not have this issue.

Note - my Xbox has 12 inches of vertical and horizontal air space, so this is not the issue.
