As the title says, im in need of help when it comes to choosing my perk loadout for this character. My main character is a heavy / PA build, but im wanting to switch it up a bit. Any help would be awesome

External link →All depends on various scenarios and how you wanna play, so here are a few tips :)
- Key mutations to get: Grounded (if you don't use energy weapons), Adrenal reaction, Speed demon, eagle eyes (if you use VATS with the rifle) and Scaly skin (a must). A few others are optional but I reckon these are key.
- Strength: You'll be rocking a lot of stimpaks, so traveling pharmacy helps. Blocker will be key for you with a bloodied build. Barbarian will help too since you wont be using power armor.
- Perception: You'll need to swap a few of your perk points from Strength (i'm assuming you have a lot) to Perception, so you can get the rifleman perk cards (whether automatic or non-auto, depending on your bloodied weapon). Typically you want to max all these out, so get at least 9 points in there. Tank killer will be good too (so 12 points) and long shot to get more range when sneaking (15 points).
- Endurance: Adamantium skeleton will definitely help when not in power armor. Max out Ironclad completely.
- Charisma: Make sure to have Lone Wanderer in Charisma on if you're playing alone (maxed out), or if in a team, do field surgeon and strange in numbers when you get your mutations. Suppressor is nice but not necessary - tenderizer I think is better for a bloodied build.
- Intelligence: Max out nerd rage of course.
- Agility: Max out Sneak and Covert operative. Action boy/girl if going with a VATS build, Moving target and dead man sprinting are nice to get you out of tricky situations. Evasive is good if you get your agility high enough. Escape artist would be good if you can fit it (only one star). Light footed is nice but not a necessity. Dodgy is also super useful too if you find yourself getting hit a lot. Gun fu is good if you use VATS a lot.
- Lucky: Max out Serendipity in luck, it's crucial. You'll need starched jeans maxed out too with mutations. Better criticals and critical savvy if using VATS (maybe psychopath and four leaf clover, but not crucial). Class freak is nice but not absolutely necessary with those mutations. Bloody mess always helps with damage. Junk shield can be nice too if you carry a lot of junk but is situational so not absolutely necessary. Tormentor would also be nice with rifles but also not a necessity. Grim reaper's sprint is great too, again if using VATS.
Hope this helps!
