[2019] Why does the Sheepsquanch imposter's body go stealth on death?

So I ran the Imposter quest 6 times today. I only got to loot the body 2 out of the 6 times. He would be just about dead, the game would lag, his body would explode and go flying. It's hard enough when a normal enemy does it. But it is almost impossible for me to find the dead body when it is invisible/cloaked.

Just a minor complaint. I still had a blast killing it.
