[2020] Seasonal unlocks in nuclear winter

Hi, been playing some nuclear winter for the daily's for the legendary runs. But lately i been noticing that every time i die i unlock something. mostly seasonal, so far ive unlocked 2 Halloween skins for guns and 1 Christmas decoration. This have to be a bug right? cuz i never heard about there being random drop chances in Nuclear winter.
