[2019] Atomic Shop bug preventing access to new quest line

Looking for some help regarding this issue. At present with the game fully up to date I seeing a bug with Atomic Shop items. Vast portions of the shop show blank panels instead of an item. This is translating to an in game issue, these items are not viable or just missing in game.

I can deal with skins for weapons, armor, and floors no longer working by removing the skins but makes Atomic Shop items useless. This is also effecting the new poster needed to begin the new quest content. With the item "missing" from the game I am unable to place the poster to read and start quest.

Any help regarding the issue would be great to access the new content and even more get back my old Atomic Shop skins.
