This is honestly getting ridiculous with how long these items havent been craftable. They denied my refund for the outfit I bought with atoms due to it being a year since I bought it, when it just broke that update and now refuse to fix it or even awknoledge it. I've tried sending emails to support but have gotten no luck with this issue. They did however, allow you to craft the outfit in August.... But still, the hat will be deleted when crafted. I honestly hope for some fix on this, other than ignoring the outfit's existence and not even bring it back, like they did in July this year. Hoping this post is seen by someone who can help in some way.
