[2019] Losing Legendaries

So, I've been farming Whitesprings and sometimes I go to pick up a Legendary item and the body disappears right after I do and I don't get the item. I missed out on a Bloodied 3* Tesla that I'll never know the other two effects on because it just disappeared.
