As title states, never got the photo but it wants me to look at the back of it. It never let me search the desk, it straight up skipped that objective. I have relogged, I have power cycled my Ps4. Support hasn’t done anything to help besides the ole turn it off and back on again. I literally can’t continue the story and this f*cking sucks.

You should have got an automatic response immediately to show we have the ticket in, but your ticket is with an agent now.
